CHEAP PROPERTY FOR SALE IN LOJA
I was reading with some great interest an article in the Olive Press about the trade figures for Spanish Tourism and it was a bit of an eye opener. It would seem that the endless sunshine and the easy going lifestyle has been a constant pull for tourists to Spain and has made Spain second only to the USA as the top tourist destination for 2011.
Tourist revenue was up a staggering 8.6% in 2011 from the previous year which in itself pumped an extra 43 billion Euros into the Spanish economy, these are the figures supplied by the World Tourism Organisation (WTO) When you consider the Spanish economy is in the midst of a double dip recession it must be more than welcome news to the beleaguered government.
Top spot went to the USA, France third and the UK 7th so it’s not bad going for Spanish tourism being second to the mighty USA. Keep an eye on this site, more tourists’ means more accommodation and anyone looking to start a rural tourist business could do well from one of our great properties. Take this property for sale in Loja, Granada we call "Remember the Fonz" it is a real bargain and would make an ideal rental property to take advantage of the tourists that head to Granada and the Sierra Nevada ski resorts in their hundreds of thousands every year.
